Design Leadership

For over 20 years, I have been partnering with clients and teams to design intuitive products and campaigns. I have worked with a wide range of clients and industries on everything from product design and strategy to integrated marketing and branding.

Although my early years were spent in art studios painting canvases with meticulous details, I was always drawn to design, from architecture and industrial design to graphic and gaming design. Shortly after graduating college, I headed west to pursue a career in design. After a few years in the Bay Area, I moved to New York and spent time freelancing at a variety of agencies and in-house design studios before moving across the pond to London where I set up an in-house design studio for Ketchum and led a team of designers, art directors and freelancers. After moving back to the states, I joined Guidehouse, where I helped build product teams of UX, visual, and product designers. Most recently, I have been leading a fully distributed team of UX, UI, interaction designers and writers for Vertic, a Globant company.

As a champion of women and underrepresented groups in design, I aim to create diverse teams and lead with compassion.

In my spare time, I help other designers navigate their careers through mentoring programs.
